I’m back in Toronto after a month away, but to be honest, one of my feet is still firmly planted across the ocean. Life keeps moving, work keeps happening, but I’m in a bit of a daze. So please forgive me as I break all the rules with this blog post. A very good friend of mine, Gabie, has been helping get this blog back in order while I’ve been away. She’s been picking her favourite pictures from last year, uploading them for me to see, I add my finishing touches and a blog entry is made while I’m on another continent. Gabie’s one rule was to not go over a certain number of pictures per entry. Editing has never been my strong point. But when I went over her choices for Erica & Kyle’s wedding, I kept thinking images were missing. What about the image from the slideshow, the one with the dogs, that picture that kinda looks like that one but with the other thing and… before I knew it I had added a seriously ridiculous number of images. And I can’t seem to cut a single one. Be forewarned this entry is long, but it comes with a lot of love.
After the first course of dinner the blinds were drawn and Erica & Kyle’s same day slideshow made its debut. These pictures of Erica’s reaction still make me emotional.
