I’m not in Toronto right now, but thanks to the wonder that is Twitter, I have been seeing pictures of the fantastic snow day everyone had today. And it makes me miss the lovely autumn we had last year that much more. Growing up in BC we don’t have wonderfully colourful falls – our trees are forever green, sometimes brown. I remember the first time I saw the Don Valley in September and I just about drove off the parkway. All the reds and yellow and oranges. It is such a romantic time of year. I hope you enjoy the colours and the love of this autumn session.

You may remember Mr. Pants from such ridiculously cute blog entries as this one right here, but I’ve been remiss to update the blog with his chubby cheeks and toothsome smile. That changes today. From 6 months up to one year, here’s what my favourite little person has been up to.
If you just can’t get enough Samson, check out his first birthday film here. A little Super 8, a little video, and a lot of love.
And if you’d like some pictures just like these ones of your chubby bunny and family, drop me an email. I have a special on family sessions that will continue until May. I’m also currently travelling (more about my present location soon) and will be in the UK from March 21 – April 4. If you’re in that neck of the woods and are looking for some fun family portraits at that time, let me know and I will hook you up with a deal.
Now enough typing and onto the cuteness.
- Lots of love, your Auntie Yaya (Calla)

These turned out SO great. He looks like such a happy baby. The ones with some action in them are fantastic, namely the one one on the street where the father is holding him up and giving him a big kiss. CUTE!!
